I know we present a lot of information here, but that’s our job.

Your job, as a college coach and recruiter, is to implement it. And that sounds so easy, right?… “I read the information, I understand it, the research causes me to believe it, so now I need to just do it.” And that last part is the tough part: Executing a plan around information you heard that you know will make a positive difference in your program, as well as your coaching career.
