In our widely read article yesterday, the coach who asked the main question we addressed also asked a quick follow-up question that I completely (and accidentally) ignored:

“For phone calls throughout the process, should we always schedule a time with the recruit? Or is it ever o.k. just to pick up the phone and call them out of the blue?”
