Dan, I'm not sure if you have ever addressed this but I was curious: I don't mind setting the deadline and I think it's worked out well . . . but what if I don't have anyone else behind that recruit? In other words, if a recruit says 'No,' and I had put all my eggs into that basket, now what? I have thought of an answer but was curious to hear your thoughts (or that of the community).
