Your Approach AFTER Your First Contact With New Recruits

Contacting new recruits for the first time is the exciting part of the propress. The follow-up, and how to execute it, is where it gets hard.

Of course, what we’re talking about in the video could go on for a few hours, but I wanted to outline it in two simple four-part sections to serve as a starting point for what we see working best in the programs we work with, as well as the common negative habits and actions of some coaches that prevents them from fully taking advantage of what could happen after those first contacts are made.
